Hi! I’m Emily, a Family Nurse Practitioner at Elevate with a doctorate from Clarkson College in Omaha. With over a decade of healthcare experience, I specialize in cosmetic dermatology + skin health, helping patients achieve their beauty goals and boost their self-confidence.
When I’m not at Elevate, I enjoy quality time with my husband Zach, our son Lawson (born February 2024), and our Frenchie, Archer. I also love reading fiction, enjoying happy hours, and traveling to warmer destinations.

My name is Reem Bryson, and I am a Board-Certified PA. I earned my Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Union College in 2016. After over 5 years in Family Medicine, I pursued my true passion: medical aesthetics.
I love skincare, aesthetics, and wellness, and believe that helping people feel better about their skin + body can significantly enhance their mood, confidence, and overall life. At Elevate, we embrace whole-body wellness through a holistic approach, focusing on natural-based results. I feel honored to support you in your wellness and aesthetic journey, helping you see the true beauty in yourself and regain your confidence.
When I'm not in the office, you can find me running after my 4 boys (ages 6, 4, 2, and 6 months) and enjoying time with my husband of 9 years.

Hi friends! My name is Lauren Fleege, and I'm an Iowa native—a Hawkeye in Husker land. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in 2018 and my Doctorate of Family Nurse Practitioner from Creighton University in 2024. With six years of nursing experience in critical care, intermediate care, primary care, and the aesthetic industry, I’m passionate about wellness and excited to bring a fresh and holistic approach to patient care.
At Elevate, I look forward to enhancing health, well-being, and confidence using an empathetic and compassionate approach.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, taking group fitness classes, exploring the outdoors, attending concerts, and traveling to new places.

Hi, I’m Bailee Benak! I’ve been a nurse for 4 years and in the aesthetics field for 2 years. I discovered my passion for aesthetics while attending Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing. After graduation, I initially worked in the Emergency Department before finding a position at a medical spa in Omaha in 2022. I am dedicated to helping people feel their best by creating individualized treatment plans based on unique characteristics while respecting anatomy. I also emphasize patient education and love discussing skincare and aesthetics.
I've been married to my husband, Jared, for two years, and we have two dogs, Luna and Ted. I love traveling and lived abroad in my early twenties. In my free time, I enjoy going out to dinner and drinks with friends or binge-watching reality TV.

I'm Taylor, a licensed aesthetician with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. I specialize in providing customized treatments that cater to each client's unique needs, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, BTL, skincare, and all things brows and lashes!
I'm dedicated to cultivating strong patient relationships built on confidence and trust. At Elevate Recovery + Medspa, I've created a comfortable, safe, and inclusive space where making patients feel heard, included, and cared for is my top priority.
When I'm not at the Medspa, you can find me on the water with my family and our three doggies.

I'm Dr. Mohammad Al-Turk, co-medical director at Elevate. I completed medical school in Mosul, Iraq, trained at UNMC, and have been in the medical field since 1981. With a degree in Physician Management Executive, I spent 35 years practicing and teaching family medicine in the Omaha metro area before joining Elevate Recovery + Medspa.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my wife of nearly 40 years, Sahar, spending time with our 3 children and 8 grandchildren, solving puzzles, cheering on the Huskers, and perfecting my pickleball game.

I started at Elevate with hopes of combining my passion for wellness, aesthetics, and people and have slowly watched that hope become a reality. Being a safe and welcoming space that prioritizes a holistic approach to each, and every patient is something that makes this place and its providers truly stand out. I have loved seeing and being a part of patient's increased confidence and happiness and taking my role of helping clients reach their goals and feel at home in their bodies very seriously. I hope to continue to help my team and all our future clients by combining medicine, exercise, and business to reach new heights at Elevate.
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my husband, dog, and son, friends, and family.

I started at Elevate in November of 2022 with dreams + ambitions of creating a space where people felt welcome, comfortable, and confident about taking the next steps in their wellness journey to live their best life. I quickly found that the combination of fitness, aesthetics, + wellness is the perfect recipe to a happy, adventurous, and abundant life. My role is to encourage and create an environment where my team is well-trained, advanced, and motivated to be the best version of themselves so they can re-create that in the life of others. When I am not at work, I can be found with my three young kiddos and husband living a busy, but fulfilled, life.
I feel very grateful to be apart of the Elevate team and can’t imagine my life without it now!

Hello, my name is Alyssa. I’m so happy you’re here! I have always had a huge passion for the beauty and wellness industry. I started pursuing this love in high school and was exposed to aesthetics. To me, beauty + wellness is about seeing the uniqueness of every single person, enhancing their natural beauty and empowering them from within.
I have been apart of the industry since 2018 and finally found my career home here at Elevate in April of 2024. I am known for my strong interpersonal skills, knowledge for the aesthetic world, always wanting to capture beauty, and bring an inclusive and supportive work environment with both my peers and patients. My passion is to make people smile and feel comfortable in their surroundings, and that is what I hope to bring to you when I see you at YOUR new home.
When I’m not at Elevate or being a free-lance makeup artist, you can find me with my three year old son, having play dates with my mom friends, being with family, or doing something active.

I started at Elevate Medspa full-time at the beginning of 2023 after 6 years in corporate America and 6 months of managing Elevate Cycling & Fitness social accounts part-time. Over the last few years, I have embraced the Elevated Life Plan, incorporating wellness + aesthetics into my everyday life and rediscovering my self-love, largely thanks to Elevate.
With a background in marketing and a natural creative flair, my job is to showcase the magic, love, and sense of community within Elevate, highlighting our amazing providers and the confidence they inspire in their patients. Getting to create highlights that show off my amazing co-workers and witness our patients live the Elevated Life Plan everyday is something I hold near to my heart and will never take for granted.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and husband (Garrett) + daugther, reading on the couch with my two dogs (Zoey + Mayzie), taking group fitness classes, binge-watching Bravo shows for my Bravo Meme account, working on projects for my side hustle, Collins & Co. Creations, and managing multiple social media accounts. Forever booked + busy, but loving every minute of it.
